30 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to monthly memberships purchased directly through Scale Speed Garage.
Returning members, existing members, and anyone who has previously held an active Scale Speed Garage membership are not eligible for the Guarantee unless explicitly stated as part of a promotional campaign.
The Guarantee does not apply to annual memberships.
2. Coverage
The Guarantee covers the initial monthly membership payment made at the time of signup.
It does not cover any subsequent rebills, renewals, or additional purchases such as archive packs, physical products, or other one-time offers.
Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
3. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be initiated through the Refund Request page in the Members Area if available or by emailing [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be honored.
Members do not need to cancel their membership before requesting a refund; Scale Speed Garage will cancel the membership automatically when processing the refund.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though timing may vary depending on the member's bank or payment provider.
Once the refund is processed, access to the Members Area and all related membership features will be revoked.
Scale Speed Garage is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, or third-party payment processors (such as PayPal).
5. Limitations
The Guarantee is limited to new Scale Speed Garage members and one refund per customer. Existing and/or returning members to Scale Speed Garage are not eligible for a refund.
Members who have previously received a refund under this policy are not eligible for another refund on future memberships.
Abuse of the Guarantee (including repeated joining and refund requests or attempts to exploit the refund process) may result in termination of account access and permanent ineligibility for future promotions and/or Scale Speed Garage membership.
6. Monthly-to-Annual Upgrade Credit
Members who start on a monthly plan may upgrade to an annual plan at any time.
If the upgrade occurs within the member's first 30 days, the initial monthly payment will be credited toward the annual plan price.
After 30 days, standard annual pricing applies with no credit carried forward.
7. Other Refunds
Aside from this 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, all membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges but will not receive prorated refunds for partial months.
8. Changes to This Policy
Scale Speed Garage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this policy at any time, provided that any such changes do not retroactively affect members who joined under the existing terms.
